Not by itself. Ask the Hemadara team to confirm the current inventory status and booking conditions. A coloured map is an exploration tool, not a commitment to sell.
Are the road widths and plot facing directions final?
Road widths, plot facing and frontage must agree with the certified survey and sanctioned layout. Any screen-derived measurements remain indicative until independently verified.
